Was exactly what I expected , and good location , walkable to much if easy drive

Eine gut ausgestatte Unterkunft und sehr sauber. Eine super Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Pearse war einfach und einwandfrei.

Pearse ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher sowie hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Top!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Auf dem Steg zu sitzen und die Ruhe genießen war fast magisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at the house by the canal. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, with beautiful views and nature all around. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We’d love to come back!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und das Appartement war sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Wasser und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das Haus besteht aus 4 Wohneinheiten, so dass man sich den Platz am Wasser mit Anderen Gästen teilen muss. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Fahrräder. Wir haben das Damen-und das Mountainbike genutzt und beide hatten defekte Bremsen.

SO MUCH TO LOVE! Had a kitchen that had everything you’d need if you wanted to cook - and wonderful restaurants close by if you didn’t! We spent lots of time on the dock as it was incredibly peaceful; Beach was a bike ride away ( bikes were there for us to use!) and we’d go every evening to watch the sunset! They provided everything you’d need for a day at the beach - chairs, towels and umbrellas … The screened in porch was where we had all our meals and it was as beautiful as it was relaxing. Will most DEFINITELY return!

Communication was good with the host. Location on the canal was beautiful but the local area was just okay. Apartment was very clean and functional but lacked the nice amenities of most Air BNBs (toiletries, kitchen condiments, etc.) Odd lay out opening outside door into bedroom but that wasn't a problem.

We loved the area! We could walk to everything! The place was very clean and I loved the outside space by the water to sit for coffee and bask in the sun. Would stay again if in the area!!

Wir waren 6 Nächte in Pearse Apartment und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir genossen die Ruhe und den wunderbaren Blick auf den Kanal. Die Kommunikation mit Pearse war einwandfrei. Sollten wir wieder nach Cape Coral kommen – sehr gerne wieder zu Pearse.

We will stay with Pearse as long as we travel! Truly fantastic spot! We felt right at home, only thing missing were our own recliners! ❤️🤘🏻

It’s not next to the major beaches but a cute little beach in one of the bays, just down the road, was very nice and provided a wonderful sunset! The back yard was very nice. Peaceful, beautiful back dock!

Sehr schönes Studio, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben es genossen abends am Steg noch ein wenig die Ruhe zu geniessen. Falls wir wieder in der Gegend sein sollten, wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren 9 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und wir waren rund um zufrieden!Gerade der Anleger am Kanal hat uns sehr gut gefallen, dort habe wir eine Menge Zeit verbracht 🐠🐬 Super Kommunikation mit Pearse, haben uns gefreut ihn Persönlich kennen zu lernen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

A great stay on Cape Coral. Nothing was missing. Super efficient airco, which was needed. Everything was clean and equipment of the kitchen was good. Nice little add-ons, like using the barbecue, seats and parasol to go to the beach, bikes to go to the nearby shops. We really enjoyed and would certainly consider this place if we come back to Cape Coral again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 11 days and it was perfect. It’s right on a canal which was perfect for me to tan and him to fish. Would definitely recommend!

Second visit to this lovely Air BNB. Wonderful hosts. Very responsive. Clean and a very peaceful setting. Lots of birds in the area. Walked to dinner a couple of evenings. Close to friends and center of town. Able to get our business done and visit with friends. Thank you for another wonderful visit!!

Enjoyed our stay here! Cute and comfortable place for 2 people. Great location and close to Fort Myers Beach. Expect to possibly hear your neighbors but that’s to be expected in a unit. Overall, would stay here again!

Nice place between the beach and downtown area

Schöne kleine, saubere Wohneinheit. Gute Ausstattung, es gab sogar Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strandbesuch. Lediglich mit der Küchenausstattung waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden (keine gute, saubere Pfanne vorhanden).

Het huis was heerlijk om een paar dagen te verblijven. Het zitje bij het water is geweldig in ochtend en avond. Rustig gelegen. Dichtbij alles. Zou er de volgende keer weer boeken.

Our rental unit was everything we had hoped for and more. We loved sitting on the dock area overlooking the canals to enjoy the sunshine, wildlife and wonderful views. Our rental unit (#1) also had a very nice screened in porch complete with lights, fan and outdoor table with chairs. There were also folding chairs that we used on the dock area. The entire apartment appeared to be recently painted and had a very clean look and feel. The apartment kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Pearse and Paul were very responsive before and during our stay, and I would definitely stay with them if we visit the Cape Coral area again!

Very quiet in the middle of hustle bustle of South Florida

Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants and bars, peaceful canal setting, very clean. However the real problem lay in no attempt to make the house feel welcoming. From the bare necessities - for example: should we really have to drink wine out of beer glasses, (hope future guests appreciate the glasses we bought)? Shouldn’t a nine day stay merit more than one tea towel, more than single sets of towels - admittedly an additional single set was supplied in spite of there being two of us, and in spite of a more than two day delay and an initial suggestion that we might launder the first set ourselves. We did enjoy our stay but, based on many other Airbnb experiences it could so easily have been much better. Comfortable chairs to sit on and the personal touch, like recommendations for restaurants would vastly improve the experience.

Great location. walkable to restaurants and a grocery store. Very easy check in process. Nice and clean.
